It's raining today. I love the rain.....don't I? all I can remember is this rain. There's this hole in my chest, and all I know is I'm so lonely. Am I crying or is it just the rain? I don't know anymore. Nobody's here...Nobody see me....and Nobody cares [?]

The rain seemed to have come suddenly upon the town, and it didn't look as if it had any intent to stop any time soon. Almost nobody was outside at all with the water pouring down. The only people outside right now were the people who had no place to go. The street lights were on, even though the rain only made the town a little darker. The town square was practically deserted, as the usually pleasant streets of Summerset City were washed with rain...

*she looked around, not sure where to go, not even sure where she was. lost and getting soaked, just watching thew other people, as if looking for some clue as for what to do*

Only barely visible in the fog of the rain could she see a curious group of four on the roofs above her, and they could see her. They didn't make a move to approach her, though...

Though suddenly, they were much less alone in the rain, as the shadows around the ground in the town's streets came to life, the Heartless creatures called Shadows forming as if from nowhere. They hardly seemed to take notice of her, though, their focus much more on the four other people up on the rooftops...

What's going on? *she watched the things take form, quite surprised to see the shadows take form*

While most of the shadows moved to try to reach the group above a couple spot her and move to attack. Suddenly, though, a mystery man dives from the roof-top, wielding a long knife in each hand, wiping out the Heartless skillfully as he lands. Blonde, handsome, kinda short, and most notably bearing a monkey-tail, the man turns around with a grin. "Hey, be careful! These monsters are dangerous! You shouldn't be outside in this weather, anyway."

What were those things? *she looks quite shocked and surprised.*..*looking around for more*

The man who had just saved her smiled, and gestured with his thumb above to the rooftops. "Don't worry, my friends are taking care of the rest. Those... Whatever they are... started showing up here really recently, so you'd better be careful, okay? I'd never seen anything that can steal a persons heart before."

"they steal hearts? ....why would they do that" She looks worried

The man shrugged as he stated, "Who knows. Do you have someplace safe you can go? Are you a traveler? I'm Zidane."

"...no...I'm.I'm Lexcia" She looked a bit unsure.

Zidane looked at her for a moment, thinking. "Lexcia, huh?"

From the roof above someone shouted down, "Zidane, Hurry up!"

"Alright, since it's not safe here, Why don't you come with us? We're thieves, but I won't steal your stuff, promise." Zidane gave a little wink as his tail wagged left and right.

..."ok. I guess I'll go with you" lexcia gave a lil smile

Zidane grinned at her, before suddenly sweeping her off her feet. "Okay, hang on!" Quickly he made his way up onto the rooftops via a series of iffy jumps, finally reaching his fellow thieves. The three others were a red headed man with a lot of belts, including one acting as a headband, a rather rough looking fellow with a bandanna over his head, even covering his eyes, and a rather funny looking little guy with a funny face and a strange metal hat. Zidane definitely had the looks amongst his crew.

"What are you doing, Zidane?" Asked the guy with the bandanna, "Are we stealing girls, now?"

"Hey, I'm just Helping her, geez."

"you just jumped all the way up here" Lexcia looked surprised as she clung tightly to him

Zidane Grinned at her, stating happily, "I'm talented."

"Stop showing off let's go!" The red headed man shouted before taking off, Zidane following along with his allies. It wasn't a long trip before they left the buildings of the city behind and found themselves in a forest. Somewhere in the forest, through many a turn and twist, Zidane and his group took her to a hidden tree-house, where he finally set her down.

"Welcome to Tantalus's secret layer, Lexcia!"

"wow. it looks neat" Lexcia said with a smile.

Zidane nodded, "Glad you think so! These guys are My friends, Marcus, Blank, and Cinna. You're welcome to stay here as long as this rain persists."

Cinna, the short one with the funny face grinned, and asked, "Nice to meet'cha, so who are you?"

"I'm Lexcia" She tried to get as much water out of her long white curls as she could.

Zidane watched her with a grin, "Heh, you're pretty cute."

Blank, the red-head, groaned at Zidane, "Don't flirt."

Marcus simply asked, "Nice to meet'cha, so you some kind of traveler?"

Lexcia gave a little blush..."I don't remember" she was pretty long white curls, bright pick eyes with that almost glowy quality that soras has. dressed in a simple summer dress and...no shoes....

Blank gave her an odd look and Marcus seemed taken aback. Zidane asked the question, "Wait? You don't remember? Like... You don't know where you came from?"

"No I don't remember anything, except my name, and that doesn't even seem right." Lexcia gave a slight smile. "it's strange"

Zidane frowned, and a look on his face like he was trying to figure it out...

"So... you just... remember being here?" Cinna asked tentatively.

"Great," Mumbled Marcus, "We just ran off with an amnesiac. What if she has a home? We're already thieves, Now we'll get pinned with Kidnapping too?"

"Calm down." Groaned Blank.

"All I remember is the rain. Nothing before that. I'm sorry I don't want to get you in trouble." Lexcia gave a lil pout*

Zidane gave her a smile and scratched his head. "Don't worry about it, We're fine. Besides, it's not like it's your fault. Maybe you'll be able to figure out what happened by tomorrow?"

"maybe...." Lexcia just shruged

Zidane shrugged too, "Yeah, all we can do is hope, right? I'll show you someplace you can sleep in here, so that you have someplace to call it a night when you get tired." He smiled pleasantly again, and showed her the way to a small room in the tree-house hide-out with a single little bed. "It's not perfect, but it's something."

"thank you. It's perfect" Lexcia smiled

Zidane nodded to her, "No problem. I just wanna make sure you're not left out there in trouble, y'know? I like to help people."
